The original alcoholic beverage licenses are held in the Business License Office until a state alcoholic beverage license is obtained by the business and a copy of the state license is brought to the Business License Office. Upon approval, a copy of the alcoholic beverage licenses may be obtained from the Business License Office. All new Alcoholic Beverage License applications are reviewed by the City Manager on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Most businesses will need to complete an application for a General Business License.

The following renewal / forms are available for online payments: Applications are received and processed at our Business License Office located on the first floor of City Hall, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, GA. Every business operating within the city limits of Marietta must have a current City of Marietta business license.
